Putin's mildly homoerotic displays are a big hit amongst people who have no love for the feckless poindexter commissars that sold their country out from under them. He's daring their enemies to crack wise. Cuz he's got the moxie to beat them most bodaciously. They may have oligarchs stealing them blind, but they've got pride now too.
