You know, there is an intellectually honest case to be made for Ralph's work as supportive of libertarian tort theory. Plus, he used the tools of the state against some of the worst malefactors. Not too shabby, at the end of the day.
About the other: No, I didn't. But I do know you'd go out for more beer if you drank the last one in the fridge. What really counts, eh?
