How is the US Congress like a bunch of pedophiles?

This headline on Drudge brings us here, “Senator Says [Nationalization of Banks] May Be Needed in Short-Term…”

Senate Banking Committee Chairman Christopher Dodd said banks may have to be nationalized for “a short time” to help lenders such as Citigroup Inc. and Bank of America Corp. survive the worst economic slump in 75 years.

Well, Chris Dodd this joke is for you–

Q: How is the US Congress like a bunch of pedophiles?

A: They’re fucking children.

“A short time”… heh-heh-heh, ha-heh, heh-heh… he said, “A short time,” heh-heh-heh, heh-heh.

Re: How is the US Congress like a bunch of pedophiles?

It's really something. Every time I catch a glimpse of Dodd, or any of the others, they're successfully vomiting up a platitudinous talking point that has NO BEARING on the issues of the day. It's not that I disagree with him, and them, or the talking heads. I can handle utterly different understandings. What gets to me and often, honestly, scares me is that they're more inept and mentally unbalanced than the Gucci Guerillas that form their third world stooge governments. We might be better off with Ahmed Chalabi. Hell, whatsisname is handy, in some prison or other. The dictator of Panama. Put him in charge.
