Where’s the love?

Tuesday, 22 March 2011

Coincidentally, I have three kids too. All extremely similar in looks and temper. Baby pictures of them are quite difficult to identify. Strangers still ask if the older siblings are twins. The similarity leads to conflicts. They’re often all quite attached to the same idea or thing.

If they had a toy or a favorite playground spot that they were fighting over to the extent that their lives were at risk or they were hurting each other, I would damn sure take away, break, torch, or otherwise make unusable that toy, thing, or place for their own good. Better they all cry and hate me than they continue to kill each other.

I would do this because I love my children. Any parent who wouldn’t, doesn’t.
